The Cottages at Edition of Saginaw provide the perfect setting for the socially active, 55 and up, adult looking for a simple, maintenance-free lifestyle intertwined with exceptional community living. Each unit has been thoughtfully crafted and designed with you in mind. We understand how important choice is so we offer a 1 bedroom unit that is 1385 square feet and a 2 bedroom/2 bath unit that is a spacious 1614 square feet. Each unit also includes a laundry room complete with washer and dryer and a single car garage.
